With it being Valentines Day, my boyfriend just dropped in with a huge wicker basket, went straight to my spare room and hid it with a blanket.
Then he told me not to peek, before leaving again.
Well, being female, I just had to look.
(It couldv'e been a bomb, or a rotting carcass. )
Inside this huge basket is one tiny little box.....with an engagement ring in it. :frusty:
Damnit!
Why do you guys feel it necessary to do that, when you get your girlfriends pregnant? Isn't it enough pressure already?
Anyways, it looks like I may have to change my name to "Bigmrs" soon.
Grrrr....

ok, just getting ready to pick him up.
should I say;
A/ Im a transvestite, and my real names Bob.
B/ I am actually already married, and didn't know how to tell you.
C/ My fingers swell up so badly, the doctor advised me not to wear rings.
D/ Marry you? I wanted to KILL you.
E/ Oh baby, how lovely. Of course I will be yours forever.......and ever, and ever, and ever.

What kind of man brings home an engagement ring in a huge wicker basket and waves it in front of his prospective wife anyway?
He deserves to be rejected! :P

I think he knew you would look. He will be guaging how you act when you pick him up. He can keep a ring in his pocket if he wants to surprise you, the whole wicker basket ruse was done to get you to look.

What do you feel you want to do ?
Have you ever discussed it before ?
Have you ever imagined yourself married to him ?
Can you see yourselves spending the rest of your life together ?

All over. :(
He made an indoor picnic, proposed and I accepted.
Now he's asleep, as usual.
Must have been the non alcholic wine that knocked him out.

the question is non other than, do you love him?
do you think hes gonna be a good father?
and do u think it will last?
marage isnt something u should joke about, think about it.
cause its not like we can make the descision for u.
in the words of morpheus, we can show u the door, u must walk threw it.
think about it.

the question is non other than, do you love him? No, but I care about him a great deal, and dont wanna see him hurting. We have been together for two years now, and every day is a lil worse.
do you think hes gonna be a good father?Definatly, his Mum died of H.I.V before he got to meet her, and his Dad is a raving alcholic. All he wants is to raise a family, and prove he isn't his parents.
and do u think it will last? No, I dont. But Im only engaged, haven't walked down the aisle yet.
At the end of the day, I know I have put myself in this situation.
I agree'd to keep the baby, I agree'd to let him move in, I accepted his proposal.
I dug a hole, and now Im in too deep.
Its so easy to just say leave him, but theres a lot going on right now, and I can't do it. Maybe in a few months.

first off
No, but I care about him a great deal, and dont wanna see him hurting.
giving him a false sence of security will make it even harder in the end.
All he wants is to raise a family, and prove he isn't his parents.
wanting to prove that he isnt his parents is not a a valid reason to be a father.
it all comes down to how much he l;oves the kid.
No, I dont. But Im only engaged, haven't walked down the aisle yet.
it will only hurt more, if u keep going on like this.
this is something u should really think hard about. good luck ;)

He's done this for the baby though, not me.
Thanks Zero, I've had a string of calls from me pals asking if I want him shot. :D
Wish I was out with them, they are on the voddy and painting the carpet pea green. ;)
