Hey, sharedholder.
I was thinking about getting a sidebar proggie, but I was wondering if it was worth it, and if it was going to use a lot of syste resources.
I'm curious, what's your opinion of them, and is there any real difference beween the one you posted and this one?

No to many diferences, and about the resources is better if you have some more resources. ;)
