Looking For A Bandwidth Monitor...

I'm looking for a simple application to monitor and log the inbound and outbound data flow for my computer.

Anyone have any suggestions?

cant remember the name of the one i use atm, but is there one which will sit on a toolbar? would be nice to get it off my desktop :)
