Converting Divx To Vcd

I've just downloaded Road to Perdition DivX rip but I'd like to be able to covert it to a VCD so that I can watch on my DVD player. Does anyonw know if this is possible and if so what tools do I need.

Btw dont encode to VCD encode to SVCD it gives a much better finish
