All-in-one Stream Recorder

hi, i was wondering if u guys can recommend a video streaming recorder that supports formats like real, windows media player, winamp and others?

Anyway i knows theres hi download ,windows media recorder 9.I rembr another recommanded by shn ,i cant think of it thou mate. :)
