I have a friend that sent me a pm about a problem he is having. Can anyone help me out so I can give him an answer on this? Thanks in advance :D
I just bought a new computer a week ago. It has xp home edition. I downloaded and ran kazaa 2.4.3. Everytime I am downloading (everything works fine for 10 minutes, searching;downloading,etc.) after a while I get the blue screen that says:
Stop: 0x0000007
contact administrator, etc.
Have you ever had this problem? Please help me out here, I need major downloading time.
If I don't run kazaa or any other filesharing software (Ares, etc.), the computer works fine
