Try searching Google for "Browser Hijack Blaster"

I had, didn't help, this app prevents from hijackings but doesn't undo does already made. (i searched ~50 sites, half didn't have it [dead link], rest had quite old versions and reference files :( )
Get Spybot search and destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download) and get rid of all spywares and adwares. That will solve the problem.
Other choice is Xcleaner (http://www.snapfiles.com/get/xcleaner.html)

AdAware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) is also a nice solution. ;)

yes, the nod definitely goes to hijack this.
the main site is down, but you can still get it here. (http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads31.html)
but do get some advice before fixing anything. computercops and the net integration forums are up at the moment. or you can always post your log here. :)

After you clean your PC..you might want to consider installing Spywareguard...it protects your browser from being hijacked. B)

Thanks for all the advice. I've found some spyware i had no idea i had, removed it all, risen security of my PC, lost access to Internet Options from IE level  and didn't get rid of the issue i had problems with. (Solved it diffrently though ;) )
Edit: Finally, all is done :) If MS had done so much to improve windows as ad- and spyware creators, the system would be impenetrable.
