Hotmail Problem

Today in my hotmail inbox I received an email saying its from Hotmail Member Services, with the subject-line: "Don't let your MSN Hotmail account freeze". The size is 1kb. But when I click to open it, it comes up saying "unable to locate message" in the subject line, and the body of the message is completely blank.

Anybody else had this, and is it some kind of scam?

I got one. It did the same thing ("unable to locate message" and blank message filed). I just deleted (they're usually just asking to sign up to MSN 8 and stuff so I just deleted them without reading them).
