fakes and corruptions? very very rare
viruses? i haven't seen or caught one

in fact, overnet is still a very reliable place to get anything safely...if it becomes more popular than kazaa, then i fear the worst <_<

viruses are every where you go and no problem if you have a good upto date av.

overnet has a corruption fixer so you should be ok on that. for now just enjoy boss :lol: :lol:

unfortunately i fear that the fact that now that kazaa is down this might (and is anyways) make it the next best taget for telecom companys. :( :(
but hey just use it as much as you can and use it to its fullest while it lasts :)

There are some fakes in the donkey network, but what&#39;s cool is that the community reports the fakes (and the verified real ones) in forums so that there are lists created to help someone find out about a file.

I was downloading an 700+ mb movie, and I couldn&#39;t preview it with either videolan or avipreview, only to find out it was another movie when it finally downloaded. That was quite annoying, specially since it&#39;s priority was set to highest. I reported it to help others. Funny, there were several sources for it, and a bunch of people downloading it. I&#39;m sure they&#39;d get pissed afterwards too. :D
