Midi Keyboard Problem Help!

I don't know where the problem comes from :(

The keyboard is new, and the sound font bank manager software provided with my audigy 6.1 platinium soundcard is working corectly, which means that I can play sounds with the cursor of my mouse on the virtual keyboard on my screen, but nothing else. :helpsmile:

Any help would be nice

im not sure what a midi keyboard is but im guessing its like a piano keyboard or something? either way it must have drivers so check in device manager to see if there is anything with a ? or !.

btw, how does it connect?
