Nero Cant Burn More Than 4500 Mb

As you see, Nero is givin me yet more attitude. Its trying to say my DVD-R cant hold more than 4489 MB, when the package clearly states 4,7 GB, which is exactly the amount of space I need it to burn.
Nero refuses to save an image in any format Alcohol recognize, and there we are.

What to do?
