How Safe Is Pirated Photoshop Cs?

Hello!

I had a quick question... how safe is it to get the pirated version of Adobe Photoshop CS? I'm considering getting it but I have read that they have taken many new measures against piracy... and I have also read about spyware on the program (though the spyware article I read was about counterfeiting money).

Anyway, after all of the cracks and patches, etc.. would you guys think it's safe to use pirated CS?
