Msn Messenger Behind Firewall

Is it possible to run the windows messenger or MSN messenger behind firewall of an organization and if possible what is the technique and ways to accomplish that?

i would guess you woukld need to forward some ports which msn messenger uses

it depends on how they blocked it...... but you could try googling for http tunneling programs........ this is a lil piece of software that masks you msn by letting your firewall think its you browser.......
