If the music video is copyrighted and you share it then yes, it is illegal; and is condemned by the MPAA / RIAA.

It's illegal to share any copyrighted material, and of course that would include music videos. However, since they're basically just advertisements for the artist and their albums, I'm sure the record companies are not overly concerned about people sharing them.
