Ok, so I'm watching college basketball, the Missouri Tigers, and we fell behind early but have managed to come back to take the lead, so they say....

"The tigers have clawed their way back into this one"

They say this every game, and each time they say it they chuckle as if they just came up with something new and clever.

I'm going to have a seizure.

You mean things like "if that would have gone in it would have been a goal".

Do you mean something like this?

"...so William will have to BANG somewhere other than Hollywood."

Quote from American Idol (http://members.cox.net/donchin/WilliamHung.wmv) (William Hung sings "She Bangs")

From American football:

"...and it's a high, end-over-end kick..."

It should be end-under-end! <_<

It's a game of two halves.

On paper they should win, but they are not playing on paper.

Form goes out of the window in The Cup.

Shades of 1966

Local Derbies are a one-off.

If you're good enough your old enough.

If you're good enough your young enough.
