Oh yeah, I could get this cpu for around $300 more

A big difference between that and the one I'm probably geting?

Also, 2 X 250 Gig Western Digital HDs

i dunno if you can get a 128mb version of this card however if there is the memory on this although double is going to be slower and games arnt going to need 256mb gfx cards untill the cards artatrher is way out of date so you wont be able to play then anyway, so i would get the 128mb version because chanchs are it will be cheaper, faster and a better buy. ;)

The 5950U only comes with 256mb configs, the 5900U comes in a 128mb shape.

go with a 9600 XT or a 9800 Pro instead of the Geforce card. unless your willing to wait until NVidia releases the new line.
