How Do I Completely Uninstall Windows98?

Could anyone give me a guidance on how to completely uninstall windows98 to afterwards install windows2000 professional?

Any help would be appreciated.

Boot from cd, format your on your way.

format ur hard disk
now u can clean-install ur windows2000
