Everyone has their own favorites
I use ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/) its based on shadows but supports multiple downloads

Most people use ABC or SHadow's, I use Shadows, its a good program, like CPU said, everyone has there favorites. I would try some out, and find the best that suits your needs,
