I want 2 make a new sig, but how can i make 1???
i have paint & Photoshop CS 8.0

start playing in the programs to learn how they work. Then think of an idea or theme you'd like for your sig..then make it. :D

Like backlash said, play around with the program itself. Be creative.
The really good ones come by thinking hard... and by deleting Paint. :P It's about as good for graphics as a car with cement in its tires is good for gas mileage. :D

i already tried playin wit photoshop but i still dont get it its jus 2 much in there
and which 1 do i use in photoshop cs 8.0???

You will need to use Photoshop for general image editing; ImageReady is more towards animation.

o and btw how can i enter in the serial # bcuz i clicked on Help>Registration but i can't click it.

Well, it's a start...
If you want to make logos, I recommend The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org) (GNU Image Manipulation Program), which comes with a plugin called Script-Fu, which is very easy to use for neophytes to make nice logos. :)

If you want to learn how P-shop works,
look through tutorials and do them.
After a while you will get better.
