Msn Slows Kazaa Speeds?

I heard from a friend that if u have msn running your kazaa speeds drop dramatically compared to when u dont. Anyone else have n e more info about this or can test it?

mine have been shocking it may sound whacked out theory wise but its quite concievable that being that msn is so widely used it could be used as a tool to combat downloading of software. I mean microsoft make it and they must lost money from kazaa with people sharing windows ect ect

I have not heard of this, I use it and my downloads speeds are fine
