Who know's what program opens these? I downloaded a game but the format is in .sfv and I not sure what opens these. .

The SFV is file format for store the CRC32 checksums of files. This format first has been introduced by the WinSFV program and widely used in binary newsgroups, MP3 and ISO exchange networks and other communities.
