If you really thought about it, anyone could have DL'ed the Premium. I mean, the name is so simple and common sense is all thats needed to get it.

From what I understand, "Kazaa" kept out of court because their software was...free, that since no profit was mading by program, no wrong has been comitted. Kazaa"GOLD" on the other hand seems to be profiting from the sharing of..."files". Would a call to the RIAA, FBI, or what have-you be..appropiate? :ph34r:
