What does that mean.. anyone know how to bypass this error? this is very frustrating....

The files are not there or unavailable, thats why you are getting the 404 error.

Don't use KLR until the new version comes out, it's totally messed up at the moment.
Until then, stick with 2.4.3 or 2.4.4
