Hey fellas (and fellettes)

I know this is for k-lite related stuff only, but this is the only forum that i know i will get responded to :) So any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated

Whenever I go to install a program, in the name field the text "Not you, not anymore" appears. Just this has got me kinda worried cos I fear it may be a virus of som sort

Again, any help would be appreciated

Yep,that's probably(most likely) a virus.
If it says "Not you, not anymore"( :lol: ) it has to be.
I would recommend you to do a virus scan :)

I'm guessing when you right click on My Computer and click on Properties, under Registered To: it says the same thing? If thats the case, you can change it easily.

Start, Run, type in "regedit" and hit OK, once in the registry go here:
Windows 95, 98 and Me:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion]

Windows NT, 2000 and XP:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]

Change the strings values of 'RegisteredOwner' to whatever you'd like.
