How To Make .rar, .r01, And .001 Files

i have 1 file and it is 20MB ..i want to make small files like .rar ,r01 etc.
which program do i have to use? i got winrar already...

Right click the file ,then choose add to archive.At the bottom left mate you'll see an option split ,choose the size.Ok. :)

wait...can i choose the file size to like 5 MB limit? because when i split the 20mb file i got 14 files with 1.4 MBs .....instead of alot of files with 1.4 MB i want fewer files with 5MB

You can't type 5mb you have to type the lot with ,'s ie 5,000,000 etc.
