How can you program or download games on to a ti-83 + calculator, and where you get them?

On my Ti-83 PLUS, here would be the directions. For you it's probably different numbers in the 'mem' category.
1. 2nd + "+" button --> 'mem'
2. Go to the item that says 'Reset' (it's number 7. on my calculator)
3. Go over to the ALL tab
4. Only one option 'All memory'
5. Press Enter and then select number 2. on the next menu, RESET!

As for games on the calculator, they ARE downloadable. But what you need is a TI Graph Link (http://www.vernier.com/calc/tigl.html), as well as the TI Connect software which is a free download off of TI's site (and would also come in that package). To download most things for my calculator I go to TIcalc.org (http://www.ticalc.org) and then spread them like a bad virus around school.

If you want to program your own games similar to the good ones for the ION shell or Mirage OS, well good luck I have no idea how to do that =D.
