I Downloaded Afile That I Cant Open

iam not sure that this is the place to ask this.but here goes.i just downloaded adshield 3.0.i have the code but i dont know how to input it eny help would be appreciated.thanks in advance..................

think this is an issue for software world, but, since its here...

by code i assume u mean serial number? once you install the program, there should be a prompt where it asks for the serial number or activation code, etc. just copy and paste it (if possible).

ok first of all you need to learn how to read the nfo files that come with cracks and keygens

to read a nfo file, open it with note pad ( in this case it will be called ssg msinfo doc )

once you open it scroll down to the instalation instructions

in this case it says this

Use our keygen to generate your own license for your host (for example
for localhost: 127.0.0.1). Copy license to install dir. DO NOT FORGET
TO REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER OVERWISE ADSHIELD WOULDN'T BE REGISTERED.

so then you double click on the keygen ( you need to inrar the keygen first to a directory )

the click generate, now in the same folder where the keygen is there will now be a file called license

ok copy that file to the directory where you installed adshield to

by default this will be c:\program files\adshield\adshield

and paste the file

it will ask you if you want to replace the same file , say yes

ok restart and its all done

now how is that for spacific instructions

i have downloaded two file with extension *.ape and *.ace

i know the second one is compression file,then i installed winace to unzip it, but can't do it.

and the first one i have no idea what is it? :angry: :angry:

could u guys where do i download the related software to solve those problem?
Any LInks? Any Software name?

it's *.rar file

Yeah right...

APE is Monkey's Audio (www.monkeysaudio.com), ACE and RAR are compression formats (www.winrar.com).
