This guy goes to the doctor and there's a new, rather young, receptionist.
"Name?" she asks as he approaches.
"Higgins."
"Problem?"
"Yep."
"No, I mean what problem do you have?"
"Well, I've got a problem with my dick," he volunteers.
This rather embarrasses the young lady and she runs off to a back room for a short while.
When the guy gets to see the doctor, the doc tells him, "look, when a young woman asks you what sort of problem you have, you can't just say you've got a problem with your dick! You should say there's something wrong with another part of your body, then tell me what the real problem is when you get in here, OK?"
The man agrees to be more thoughtful to the receptionist and agrees to return a week later.
On his next visit, he enters the reception and the young lady's there again.
"Name?"
"Higgins."
"Problem?"
"Yep - elbow!"
"Yes, so what's wrong with it?"
"I can't piss out of it."
