I have both, the Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro. & the Adobe Reader 6.0

But what is the main difference between 'em ?? Are there any differences ??

Adobe Reader is the successor to Acrobat Reader and handles more formats. It's a display-only program, so you can't create or edit pdf files.
Acrobat Pro is the software for creating pdf files.
