I would suggest changing some of the setting in the last option, reducing your uploads a little, but you need to know what your max download rate is and set it at 80% of that in both the upload options. You may also want to re-think the Upload Option For Completed File, depending on how often you leave machine running. That's up to you as may depend on how much bandwidth you have to share.
