For example if you ran an illegal website, how could you protect yourself from never getting caught? Eg protect your IP etc.

im assuming u either:
1) like illegal porn
2) like hacking
3) like in a country w/o freedom of speach


2/3 r usually things ppl here dont appreciate..........
