Did almost the exact same thing a few days back. Leave it next to a radiator or heat source for a couple of days, making sure no plastic is touching the heat. I am the master of destroying keyboards :P.

Not if you keep plastic from touching the source of the heat.....If you dont wnat to heat it, be prepared for a very long wait, I would advise against taking it apart though as although they come apart alright, putting them back together and lining them up is hell.

Geez.....how can you accidentally spill coke on your keyboard? That&#39;s why you put it far away from your keyboard......

Pop all the keys off soak them in hot water with amonia or dish detergent for an hour or so....take the keyboard (unplugged) and rinse it out with water (simply drying it when you spill coke in it doesnt always work) set it up so the water can all run out and you dont get any pools sitting in it (make sure not to flood it with water a simple little rinse is all it takes)....remove the keys from the soak and let them dry out over night the keyboard should be good as new (I have a brother who manages to spill drinks in the keyboard all the time so i know this works)

My keyboard screwed up recently...all the crap I had spilled in it over the past year or so did the job. It was still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop and told them I really had no idea why it didn&#39;t work properly. It was replaced with a newer, way better one. And so far I have avoided spilling anything on it.... :rolleyes:

When I go to my local pizza takeaway, they have their keyboard covered in some sort of film... like clingfilm but not. Looks ok, and I doubt they have any mozerella in their keyboards :)
