My neighbor has a old emachine computer and he needs to update his bios badly to get better performance can ne one post a link so i can download them for him and get them?

Why flash the BIOS?
Just max the memory and upgrade the cpu to the most allowed specs of the motherboard.

bios flashing , usualy does not bring much better performance, usualy its bug fixes and new hardware fixes

Its the same thing mate.If its quite old i doubt you'll find a recent update.They're normaly bug, compatability fixes,or maybe extra features,not realy for direct performance. :)

Ya darkclown its more for upgrading your cpu or tweakinging your sound or video .
Great for bug fixes as CK-UK said.
