Looking For A Web Host

Me and a few other members need a good host for a project... here's what I need but can't find. :lol: 1GB or more space on a dedicated server
50GB or above bandwidth, unlimited internal traffic
PHP with GD
MySQL
Java
C
C++
Perl
Python
Tomcat
SSH
Servers must be located in a country where DMCA-style copyright laws do not apply.
I am willing to pay up to $20 a month, and obviously the site and support must be in English. :lol:

No chance, "unlimited bandwidth - £4.99" he users anywhere close to 50GB bandwidth and they will suspend the account without question.

:lol: Remember, this must be in a contry where copyright laws are softened or do not apply, so all of those are out... :(

Also, Java, C, C++, Perl, Python, and Tomcat are not required, but would be a great help... and I'm assuming that with what I'm asking for, they'd come with the package anyway. :P
