Conservative, Liberal, Or Other?

I'm somewhere between being a liberal and being a social democrat.

I'm more radical than a lot of liberals on social issues, but I'm a bit more moderate on economic issues.

Being Canadian though, moderate still involves supporting a large social welfare net. :-P

Then you will clearly suit the lounge.

Anyway the world today has evolved to be mainly capitalist, something which realy dominates all parts of the political spectrum, they dont like to admit it but it is. Only comunism can escape from it. As for me iam a democrat as the situation in the UK will probably maintain itself meaning the debate of socalist and liberal issues are unlikley to crop up.

Well, i always considered myself to the Left of Centre.....traditionally Labour.

So i guess im a Liberal Democrat now. ;)

I have always been a proud woolly liberal - so I guess that leaves me somewhat to the left of most of current mainstreams politics in the UK.

Hey! I used to be in the middle and I am pretty damn sure I haven't moved.

Fortunately, I live in Scotland - so at least here I am still more or less where I thought I was: which is kind of comforting :)

I would only be conservative if I were an overly wealthy, Christian religion radical, with a belief in segregation, and own a rifle from my grandpappy, from the country. Yehaw. :P

But i'm a young lower-middle class ghetto kid.
