Can Overnet Fullfill Me?

I was trying to download a software application of size 303MB.I tried it in emule,edonkey2000 and also emule plus.And in all only 208MB got downloaded and stopped.When I saw the file details it showed Parts:33 Available:23.I was trying for a week continuosly.So I think no chance it will be successfull even in another week or so... Someone recommended Overnet.But is it guarenteed I will succeed downloading full file? Please really help me in this as Iam struggling.Thank you.

if all the file is available on the network, then yes you should be able to, look for a full blue bar with no red
