Get a N64 emulator (here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/download.php/emulators/n64/project64/pj64_1_5.exe) and download some N64 roms (games) from here (http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/_XOOM/romhustler/n64.htm) and/or here (http://www.emuparadise.org/roms) (or use KaZaA Lite)

And download games like Mario64, etc.

Sonic Adventure is amazing much better than number one and they recently released it on PC. Get it from Suprnova (http://suprnova.com) using bittorent or PM me for a directy link to download the game that has been ripped.

Beyond Good and Evil.

Made by the Rayman people if I remember rightly, and got rave reviews.

Metroid (NES) and Super Metroid (Super NES) are worth checking out, if you've never played 'em. lots of cool gadgets and mazes to figure out. use emulators, of course.

Depends what you're meaning by adventure, since it's wildly interpreted here. ;) Games like the Gabriel Knight series are excellent, and are in the adventure category, but...
