it is common sense... how can u go into the game servers w/o a legal version of the game?
thats y companys go through the trouble of puttin in cd keys, patches, online tech support annalists and makin it so u need the cd needed 2 play, 4 backup methods 2 prevent ppl like us from playin 4 free

most big games with big communities have tec support.

first find out if people who have lost their key, are able to get a new one somehow.

now im going 2 use battlefield as a example.

i searched around in their tec support area, and if u can get a pic of someone holding the real CoD cd, to show its legit, they normally will gladly send u a new key.

just say that u lost the case when u were moving, and they will send u a new one.

I can see someone pirating single player games, because after a little while they lose all fun. With a game like Call of Duty, the multiplayer alone is easily worth the $39. I paid for it and love it. Don't be cheap. When a game this good comes around, it's worth the money.

Couldn't have said it better myself. That's why I purchased the games I play online the most. Easily the best £25 I spent on Call Of Duty I've ever spent. Even Battlefield 1942 which was £30 when it first come out kept me entertained for over a year.

I'm not flamin' the guy, but I'm 14, make very little allowance money, but even I was able to come up with the $39 for it. There are some games you buy, others you pirate, I can understand that. But like I said, in a case like this, the $39 is well-spent. It's not often games this well-made come along, and when they do, it's worth paying for them. Unless people pay for games, studios aren't going to work hard like they did making this game.

Don't be cheap. Buy the friggin' game. :frusty:

Yes, but think before you say things. He might of been from Guetamala or somewhere, and would onlu actually be able to buy the game in a few years. People over there rely on piracy to get up to date software.
