How To Delete Unfinished Torrent File?

I am using WinXP and shadows S-5.8.11 BT client. I can't seem to delete my unfinished torrent with an exe extension file on it. it says something like its being used by another program. i checked it with a program called Wholockme and it says that explorer.exe is using the file. what do i do?

Reboot in Safe Mode, you should be able to delete it then.

Close the Bittorrent client first

end explorer then run it again ;)
