1. Do you need a credit card?
2. Do you have to be 18+?
3. Can you just sign up for an account and do nothing with it and then get charged money?
4. any hidden costs?

Anyways listen to my plan,

I'm gonna sign up for pay pal, go on those email get paid things, make money, then buy stuff from a cheap computer store in Toronto, it sound good to me. kinda too good to be true though..

i use paypal and so does a few friends, for buying thing online. you have to have an account for it to link to in order to get any money that is due you. and if you wish to purchase items, that account is held liable for any charges, unless you transfer money into the paypal account. you dont need a credit card if you have a regular bank account. but paypal DOES have to link to something, like a checking or savings. i use a separate account for all my transactions

1. Do you need a credit card? No, you can use a bank account.
2. Do you have to be 18+? By their TOS, however, how are they going to know how old you are?
3. Can you just sign up for an account and do nothing with it and then get charged money? I haven't been charged a thing..
4. any hidden costs? No.. however, there is a transaction fee.
