Easy Cd Creator Image File

How would u burn this type of file "Easy CD Creator Image File". Its windows Xp
8 in 1. I used Daemon Tools and I opened it but I need to know how to burn this file to CD so I can install one of the files on to my harddrive. Can I use Nero?

if it is an iso image use Roxio and select burn disc form image, if it is a bin file use nero.
