10 is too many to come up with, but for starters I would have to say The Beatles' She Loves You and Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds both had a major impact on the face of modern music.

I would also include Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit on that list.

How about Paranoid by Black Sabbath? It helped start the rock offshoot heavy metal. :)
