How can I extend my 'subscription' on NSW? It's kinda useless at the minute, cos without the subscription service I can't download any recent vius definitions :(

Any ideas?

The best option (which will work) is to completely un-install then re-install and this will give you another year. For this to work though you need to remove the remove the registry keys too. Use symclean (which you can get from there website to remove all traces). Then just install and another year is yours.

I searched on google.com after "symcean" but it didnīt come up something.

Sorry, I spelled it wrong, it's actually "symclean". You can get it from therir site (symantec.com) by going through support and un-install issues.

I did exactly as TRshady said, and it did the same thing again. As soon as it had been installed, it said I had a subscription service valid for 0 days :(

Only the antivirus needs a subscription Nothing else so uninstall just the antivirus and
download and install norton antivirus corporate edition It has NO subscriptions :D

That is true, i think......but if you have NIS too(it doesn't come with systemworks), it needs a subscription as well

And you can goto symantecs site and search for RNav2003.exe (or click here (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/949e46314f0916a0852565d00073bbfd/33497f6e8a319ece88256ace0076cc02/$FILE/Rnav2003.exe) to get it), it'll remove all the reg entries so you can install NAV (and i'd imagine all of NSW) again and get a whole new year of subscriptions :)
