Could someone tell me what is the best program to download games just games and is quite fast for a 56k user and has a pause facility and is reliable.

I would recommened BitTorrent for reliable downloads.

well first off.. there is no "best program" and second.. many programs have pause features now, you just have to search around in forums.. and well what do ya know?! OMG! THERE'S K-LITE! OMGG~!!!!!! :) but I DO recommend Bittorrent since it prevents corruption(?)
