I know there are guides already up for burning such files, I just wanted to make an easy walkthrough that had all of the major file types rolled all into one.

Programs Needed For .bin and .cue Image Files:
Nero (http://www.nero.com/us/download_nero.php?pak=1) (you can also use other programs such as Alcohal but I am using Nero)

Programs Needed For .iso Image Files:
Nero (http://www.nero.com/us/download_nero.php?pak=1)

Programs Needed For .rar, .r01, .001 Image Files
Nero (http://www.nero.com/us/download_nero.php?pak=1)
WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar330.exe)

These are the 3 filetypes that will be covered.

Lets begin with .bin and .cue files.

1. Locate both the .bin and the .cue for the item you are going to be burning.

If there is no .cue file for the bin you must do the following:
Open up Wordpad or Notepad. Copy and paste this into the text area:

FILE "filename.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

Where filename.BIN is, type the exact file name of the .bin file. Now click on File and go to Save As. Make the filename something similar to the name of the .bin file but with .cue at the end. (i.e. filename.cue).

2. Now that you have your .bin and .cue files, open Nero. I like to use Nero Express to burn these files.

3. Select Disc Image or Saved Project. Click on filetype and change it to image files.

4. Locate you .cue file (dont worry about the bin). The cue file acts as a locator for the bin file. Now all you have to do is burn.

Lets move onto ISO files.

1. Open Nero Express.

2. Pick the Disc Image or Saved Project option.

3. Change the filetype to image files.

4. Locate file and burn.

Now for the more challenging filetypes, the RAR

1. Make sure you have WinRAR installed.

2. Open the folder that contains your file(s). There should be alot of 15 MB files, depending on the size of the item.

Extract all of the .r01/.001 files into a folder on the desktop.

3a. When you open the first file you will hopefully get a big .ISO or .BIN. If it does you can right click and extract the file to a place easy to find (i.e. your desktop). And now you can follow the process of one of the guides above.

3b. If you dont get 1 large ISO or BIN/CUE, but yet another grouping of 15 mb files,

repeat step 2 and so on until you have your ISO/BIN.

4. Now this should give you your large ISO or BIN file.

5. Now just right click and extract your file to the desktop. Follow the steps above that relate to your filetype.

Whats your point?

Theres obviously something missing/hard to follow in that guide if they keep starting new threads.

It's just that people are too lazy too look and would rather just start a new thread. Think the best example of this is the famous screehing mp3's that oodles of people would start a new thread about even when there was a sticky at the top of the forum that said screeching mp3's.
