Poll Script?

I have a poll layout on the site below but at the moment when a selection is made and the vote button clicked nothing happens. Ideally I would like to just upload a file which make it behave like a poll (the vote is recorded and a "votes" page is displayed showing how many votes each option has got). If I could do this without having to do things like converting the site to .php files. Some sort of temp ban from casting more votes after the first one has been made would be good (by cookies or IP).

In PHP, use $REMOTE_ADDR to ban IPs. But just search here (http://www.hotscripts.com).

Make poll Online and just paste the html code on ur page provider will do the rest
