Can't Preview Files

I am having a problem previewing the files I am downloading.

Whenever I am downloading an audio or video file and I try to preview it it doesnt play. Is there some sort of setting that i have changed?

download the klite codec pack and videolan, codec pack has bs player and gspot, between the bsplayer and videolan you can play anything and the gspot you can use to see if the files are real or fake, you can also use videolan for preview your files.

go here to add it to tools and preview menu (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=72521)
look for codec pack full (http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm)
