Someone has to have hacked Nullsoft's forums or something. I don't for one minute believe they'll sell out to M$. No way. They've come too damn far to do this.

Besides, in their 'About' section, there is no mention of this.

About (http://www.winamp.com/about/)

We are Nullsoft. We are a team. We do the hokey pokey and we turn ourselves around. Look here to find a nearly all-inclusive list of your favorite llama-loving-super-hot-uber-geeks.

One part genius. Three parts bestiality. And a sprinkling of sticky-sweet love. That's what Nullsoft is
all about.

Winamp.com is home to the beloved Winamp Media player. This powerful little toy was the brainchild of diabolical genius and self-made llama philanthropist Justin Frankel. Justin had but one goal in mind while coding the early versions of Winamp. He wanted to get laid. Once that goal was realized (thank goodness), Justin decided to give the player away so that the rest of us could find that ever-elusive thang known as amore. This was a daunting task and Justin was extremely lazy. He decided to bring new friends into the fold so that he could concentrate on his new preoccupation of staging revolutions in small third world countries. And so Nullsoft was born.
