Hi, im after a new php system, which has an admin control panel which can be used to...


-edit the "master" site design including header & footer
-add & remove pages from the menu
-easily update the site
-perhaps have a system which when linking to exe / mp3 files it goes to a page saying eg "your download will automatcially begin in" and have comment scripts at the bottom etc etc.

Please don't link to just hotscripts etc, ive not a clue what im searching for!!
