I am looking to get a Laptop/Notebook under 1300$. What are some reccommendations?

nothing , unless you want to go second hand , for under 1,300 all you would get is cheap nasty crap new and it would just be a pain in the ass, buggy as hell and in the end you will regret buying it , save yer money up and buy something decient

Sorry delphin but thats utter crap.
I picked up a Athlon XP 1800-m for just under $915 with warrenty it plays DVD's and anything else I throw at it it also has great battery life.

Yes it is a pretty good tablet pc for the price... If I had the money id buy one but i don't right now...
